Please choose your items carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection, or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully review products before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

We want all our customers to be happy, so if you do make a mistake please still contact us and we may still offer a refund or swap an item. A restocking fee of 15% usually applies.

We put care and attention into packing your order to ensure it arrives to you safely and in the same condition it leaves us.

All items purchased through our on line store may be collected and or paid for at our shop in Bayswater, Victoria. There are no handling or shipping charges for in store pick up's.

Australia Wide Shipping

Minis Plus have no set minimum shipping fee. We use multiple carriers to give you choices on speed and price. We strive to get your parts to you when you want them as cost effectively as possible.
When we pack your order, we may pack it in a smaller bag or put it in an envelope. If we can we will reduce your shipping charge. Almost all our carriers have tracking and we are happy to provide the details on request.Parcels going to Remote and Rural areas, long and/or bulky items and P.O. box's may attract extra shipping charges.
All parcels sent with Authority To Leave (ATL) if you want your parcel to be left somewhere in particular I.e. “At the door on the verandah” or do not want them left if no one is home please let us know.

International Shipping.

Please contact us for our best rates on international shipping.

International orders are GST free.

Please check if import duty & local customs fees are applicable for your own country. We are not liable for any of these charges and are unable to quote on these. Any and all of these fees must be paid by the purchaser.
