These wear badly and when rebuilding we believe this is a must to replace.
HS4 is the carby on Clubman, 75 onwards, and has the accelerator cable on the passenger side of the carby. It is also used as twin SU on Police Cooper S and aftermarket applications.
Late cars had a spring loaded valve on the butterfly, but these caused problems and are NLA.
