Redline water wetter is an additive you put in the cooling system. It changes the way your coolant takes heat out of your engine. I know of many race, rally and performance car owners who swear by this product as it generally lowers the temperature an engine runs at by 5 to 10 degrees.
Good for minor overheating engines, but do not expect it to cure major problems that need design changes, or larger radiators etc.
