The later distributor fitted to Minis and Moke has the tendency for the cap retaining clip to fall off, and many a distributor is lying around not being able to be used as its minus a clip.....
The distributor is 45D and found around 76 -82+.
New clips and the small centre retainer are now available - sold as one clip and centre locking part.
